Market Research and Analysis

New accounts start off with a situation analysis of your business and market position profiling. We do this through internal research, surveys, and field research such as mystery shopping. Only then can we start working to reach out to your target audience in a way that will engage them. As an external agency, we come onboard with a fresh approach internal staff cannot ever have. We also bring with us years of professional experience in a multitude of different industries. This is an ongoing process that constantly hones our skills and fine tunes our message and methods of communication.

Advertising – Nothing beats the power of persuasion of a well thought out advertising campaign. This is our “bread and butter”. We thrive on convincing your audience to become your customers every day. Then we take the concept and execute it into a fully blown campaign that delivers measurable results. We create concepts that work across different media in integrated marketing campaigns.

Design – Creative design communicates messages with colour, typography and appropriate placing of visual elements to deliver an effective message across to the audience. Our design team is multi-level, multi-disciplinary and multi-tasks to deliver great work on time, every time. We handle product and model photography and have a vast library of images to turn to, to find the right picture to say those thousand words. We design and produce print advertising, design of collateral material and corporate publications, package and product design, design and production of posters and signage, etc.

Productions – We produce creatives for audiovisual media – radio, television and multimedia. We source voices and sound effects, produce jingles and music beds. Our extensive talent pool includes production designers, audio and video engineers, professional and amateur models, make-up artists, wardrobe consultants and stylists. We take a project from concept to completion while you sit back and admire the magic happening. We handle productions of radio and TV commercials, PSAs, music videos and virals, CD / DVD presentations including scripting, filming, editing, post production in any language.

PR – We supply ongoing public relations and media management on contract or one-off basis. We have the required set-up and contacts to deliver very reliable services in this regard. Excellent contacts with a network of the right media people, professional copywriters, translators and supporting staff form the basis of this service. We also provide professional on-site or studio photography services and newswire services as well as multi-language translations and locale adaptation services.

Direct – Instore sampling, trade fair participation, sourcing partner companies for cross-promotions and applying for any permits required (Such as DPL permits for lotteries). We organise and manage events, launches, opening and exhibitions from start to finish. From invites to cleaning up afterwards. Press conferences, launches and openings, trade show stands – you name it, it’s done.

New Media – Through our vast experience in website development and online marketing we offer bespoke solutions from fully interactive Flash and xHTML, database driven dynamic websites to industry standard CMS (content management system allowing the client to update their websites themselves). We offer our own hosting solutions, email setups, e-newsletters, Computer Generated Imagery (CGI), animations, video processing and digital presentations.
